Image Crades is a full consultancy group exclusively devoted to offering facilitation services in support of community development. It exists to empower communities, organizations, private companies and individuals to realize their full potential. Crades was first established in 2003 as a supportive program of the foundation for restoration of family values [FRFV].In 2012 it was fully registered as a consultancy group to offer a facilitation service / link to marginalized community members under remote conditions by strategically positioning and equipping them to attract development empowerment that improve their living standards.


Its services extend across project formulation; evaluation, fininancial services among other services. Crades has been working in collaboration with Associates for Community Development Support Resolutions [ASFOCODESURE] a community support investor to bridge the poverty gap that hinder development empowerment services among the marginalized community groups. The Asfocodesure group offers a development facilitation support to help the poor get helped to receive development empowerment. Since Crades establishment it has been able to facilitate over 3000 projects in partnership with other community based organizations such as Foundation for restoration of family values-[FRFV]; Asante Kenya[AK]; fountain of hope group[FOHG];Scream Africa[SA];Agrisystems Foundation[AF];Solutions consult link ltd;Frontline missions Intl;Mercy and truth Medical Missions-Kansas city ;USA; Around the globe deliverance ministries; among others.Through a series of acquisitions and new builds, Crades is poised to emerge as a hub for Services that promote development Solutions for communities, organizations, private companies and individuals to realize their full potential. Currently, Crades has managed to facilitate and mobilize over 300,000 needy community groups for funding support of their projects.
 

Community resources and development entrepreneur Services [CRADES] is a consultancy firm registered with office of the attorney general in Kenya as a business entity, with the aim of providing development facilitation services in order to assist needy community members to achieve desired development goals.

 Partners/Community supporters

Crades consultancy works in partnership with Associates for community development support resolutions (ASFOCODESURE) community support investors to facilitate community projects by meeting project clearance expenses on behalf of poor communities as they help position them for donor funding.
The (ASFOCODESURE)is a consortium of development support investors who support poor communities to get their projects facilitated for funding with the aim of owning the implimentation contracts.Some of the comunity support investors include: ASCODES, Crades Foundation, Makumbini Development Association, ATG Deliverance Ministries, Crades Resident Association, Agrisystem Foundation, Fire Gospel ministries, Vision Mua Community support Group, Lower Kaewa-Kani CBO, Fountain of Hope CBO, Makolape Community Group among others. Crades community support facilitators are engaged in different levels of local coordination in community project clearance demands as per their voluntary contribution and suitability in undertaking any of the project demands.
With this kind of partnership ,crades consultancy has been able to help communities under abject poverty to get support for development from donor agencies. Currently,crades is undertaking facilitation for 300,000 community projects to be forwarded to Swindon smith Group for funding.

Crades collaboration with Swindon Smith Group is to help get funding for community based projects which are geared to eradicate poverty among the marginalized community groups.


The crades community group’s main areas of funding request include;

  1. Borehole drilling for community water supply.
  2. Youth economic empowerment.
  3. Funding for girls and mothers at risk.
  4. Agricultural equipments for food security.
  5. Educational support for orphaned and vulnerable or children with poor economic background.
  6. Relief support and care for the elderly
  7. Poverty eradication empowerment projects;fishing pods; greenhouses; poultry; diary; shops; information centres;etc
  8. Support of the disabled children
  9. Erecting sand dams
  10. distribution of water harvesting tanks
  11. Fgm rescue and support initiatives
  12. Medical support funding
  13. Post–harvest and loss reduction on mango fruit in high production areas
  14. Rescue and support initiative against HIV/AIDS
    Among others.
